Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 25th annual Adelante Mujer Latina Career Conference on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at California State University, Northridge.

Comision Femenil is an all volunteer-run non-profit organization, your support it much appreciated. This one-day career conference is designed to expose Latina students to various career options.

The conference includes keynote speakers, twelve career workshops, financial aid and college experience workshop, and a College & Resource Fair.

We have an average student participation of 500-600 students from over 27 high schools and the number grows with each year. Notably, Latina professionals present a workshop highlighting their respective careers.
Tasks vary which include: helping with setup, ushering and guiding students, cleaning up, distributing food, posting signs, etc.

You will receive a follow up email with a task assigned to you before the conference.
Please wear a plain white shirt and comfortable shoes the day of the event.
