31st Annual AML Conference
The 31st annual Comisión Femenil AML Conference will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at CSUN, 9am-3:30pm. Our theme is ‘Blueprint for Tomorrow, Latinas Leading the Future’.

What is AML ?
For over 30 consecutive years, the Adelante Mujer Latina Career Conference (AML) has provided high school students in the San Fernando Valley an opportunity to learn about various professional careers—from Mental Health, Law, Engineering, Social Work, Education & Medicine among others—through the experiences of Latina professionals. AML also features a College & Resource Fair including local colleges and universities as well as community organizations.
